Foundation Underpinning Project:
Footing Detail Photos
The below photos are from a three flat built constructed in the early 1900's. The building began
to exhibit foundation issues in the 1980's (estimated). The concrete at the base of the stone
foundations was deemed unstable, and thus will be replaced (at a considerable expense).
